Fully empowering a rift will spawn an Enriched version of the corresponding wisp, which guarantees enriched memories on each harvest, as well as give players a 10 minute Memory Overflow buff. The power level of a rift can be checked by right-clicking it and selecting "Check power". This will charge up the rift - by a base of 3.33% for regular and 6.66% for enhanced fragments.
